We’re Enterprise Mobility, a family-owned, global portfolio of brands including household names like Enterprise Rent-A-Car. With a $35 billion turnover and nearly 90,000 employees across 95 countries, we have grown from a pioneering idea over 65 years ago to a worldwide mobility leader.
Join us, and as a Times Top 100 Graduate Employer and TargetJobs Graduate Employer of the Year, we offer you the chance to explore your potential and advance your career. After an initial virtual classroom orientation, you'll be assigned to a branch for hands-on training, learning valuable skills from mentors, many of whom started as graduates in our Management Training Programme, including our current CEO.
This program provides a comprehensive understanding of our business, emphasizing management, finance, operations, sales, and customer service. As you progress, you can choose to continue climbing within our Rental Operations managerial track, potentially becoming a Branch Manager in as little as two years, or explore other areas like Human Resources, Accounting, Revenue Management, Sales, or Marketing.
We prioritize diversity and have received numerous recognitions, including inclusion in The Times Top 50 Employers for Women, Stonewall’s Top 100 Employers for LGBT inclusion, Disability Confident Leader, Social Mobility Employer Index, and Race Equality Responsible Business Champion by BITC.
Our family-owned status, with CEO Chrissy Taylor from the third generation, gives us long-term stability and a forward-looking perspective.
