Job Description
* Assist in preparing and maintaining accurate financial records and reports.
* Support the team in managing budgets and forecasting activities.
* Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
* Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
* Collaborate with various departments to provide financial insights and analysis.
* Process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions efficiently.
* Assist in preparing for audits and liaising with external auditors.
* Contribute to the ongoing improvement of financial processes and systems.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Graduate Accounts Assistant in accounting and finance should have :
* A degree in accountancy, finance, or a related field.
* A strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
* Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
* A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning and problem-solving.
