Job Title: Bid Manager

Elevation Recruitment Group are looking for a Bid Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality bids within a construction environment, supporting successful wins across public and private sector projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage bids from opportunity assessment to final submission.
* Develop win strategies and value propositions.
* Coordinate inputs from estimating, design, commercial and operations teams.
* Produce PQQs, ITTs, SQs and framework submissions.
* Ensure bids are compliant and delivered to deadline.
* Lead bid reviews and post-bid feedback.
About You:
* Experience in construction bid management and writing
* Strong understanding of construction procurement routes.
* Excellent writing and organisation skills.
* Confident communicator with commercial awareness.
* Construction-related degree or equivalent experience (professional memberships advantageous).
