Working Hours: Full time: 37.5 hrs per week (Monday – Friday, 9 am - 5 pm)

About the role
We’re seeking a Clinical Research Nurse/Clinical Trial Practitioner to join Sarah Cannon Research Institute (SCRI), rated “Good” by the CQC. Flexibility to work at our London Bridge Satellite site is required.
SCRI is a world-leading clinical trials facility specializing in developing new therapies, including targeted and precision medications for cancer patients.
Responsibilities
1. Plan, implement, and evaluate expert research care; support patients enrolled in clinical trials.
2. Ensure research complies with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards, safeguarding patient well-being.
3. Develop strong relationships with study investigators to ensure patient safety.
4. Support patient recruitment and oversee high-quality early-phase clinical studies.
5. Work flexibly across teams to ensure smooth operation of the research facility.
6. Act as the patient's key worker, providing support and assistance.
7. Coordinate and manage a portfolio of translational clinical research.
8. Supervise and monitor side effects of drugs and treatments used in trials.
Qualifications
Must have:
* Current NMC registration (if a Registered Nurse)
* At least 3 years of research and trial coordination experience, including early-phase trials
* Experience in Oncology Trials or Clinical Trials
* Patient assessment and phlebotomy skills
