The role
As a key member of our packing team, you'll be hands-on with biscuit packing equipment—operating, maintaining, and cleaning machinery to ensure smooth production. Quality is at the heart of everything we do, so attention to detail is essential.
Key accountabilities
* Performing process control checks
* Completing essential documentation
* Maintaining hygiene and housekeeping standards through ‘clean as you go’ practices
* Supporting a safe working environment by following health and safety regulations
Skills & experience
* Numeracy and literacy skills
* Flexibility and problem-solving ability
* Initiative and the ability to work independently
* Strong communication skills
* Teamwork and collaboration
* Experience operating equipment and completing process documentation
* An understanding of health & safety and food hygiene standards
* Previous experience in a production or process environment (desirable but not essential)
