This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent engineering graduate to support our global operations and grow within an international company. Key Responsibilities Provide technical and service support to our worldwide agent network, handling inquiries and offering expert advice. Manage service inquiries, including quoting, pricing, and selling within SAP. Coordinate service engineer schedules to ensure efficient field operations. Create and maintain technical documentation, such as installation guides, training materials, and reports. Collaborate with internal departments including technical, product development, service, production, and sales. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including customers and service engineers. Required Skills and Qualifications A solid understanding of engineering principles (a degree in a relevant field is preferred). Strong time management and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD. Basic knowledge of electrical systems is advantageous. Familiarity with SAP software is desirable, though not essential. Interested joining us?
