The Role: As a Teaching Assistant, you will: Provide 1:1 or small group support to students in the classroom. Help deliver pre-planned lessons and assist with learning activities. Support students with SEN by adapting resources and providing tailored guidance. Work closely with teachers and SEN staff to ensure inclusive, effective learning. Encourage student engagement, build confidence, and promote positive behaviour. Assist with general classroom tasks as needed. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience with children or young people, ideally in an educational setting. An understanding of SEN and a desire to support all learners. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A patient, enthusiastic, and proactive approach. Flexibility, reliability, and a genuine passion for education.
