Overview
Prince Henry’s Grammar School is seeking a highly organised and committed individual to join our front office team as an Attendance Administrator. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring that all student registers are completed accurately and promptly, with any gaps or anomalies identified and followed up swiftly. The post holder will also be responsible for processing absence request forms and maintaining clear, up-to-date records.
Requirements
* NJC Grade B3 Scale Points 7 - 11
* Actual Salary £22,458.39 to £23,937.58 Per Annum
* 37 Hours Per Week
* Permanent – Term Time Only, Plus 2 Additional Days
* Required ASAP
Responsibilities
* Ensure that student registers are completed accurately and promptly.
* Identify and follow up gaps or anomalies in attendance records.
* Process absence request forms.
* Maintain clear, up-to-date attendance records.
Qualifications and Skills
* English & Mathematics GCSE Grade A*-C or equivalent
* Knowledge and experience of Microsoft products such as Word and Excel
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals
* Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal
* An understanding of school attendance processes (desirable)
