My client is a growing Top 30 professional services firm with a dynamic Corporate Finance team, including a specialist Valuations function. The valuations sub-team is expanding and is seeking a Manager or experienced Assistant Manager to support the delivery of a diverse range of valuation assignments, including for tax, litigation, financial reporting, and commercial purposes. This is an exciting opportunity to join a newer team on a strong growth trajectory, offering a clear path to progression and involvement in high-impact client work. Key Responsibilities: • Perform business, share, intangible asset, and option valuations • Liaise with clients to gather data and understand value drivers • Draft valuation reports and communicate key issues • Support or lead junior staff through supervision and coaching • Contribute to proposals, fee scoping, and pitches • Participate in business development and networking activities • Work independently and keep team members updated on progress What You'll Need: • ACA, ACCA, or CFA qualification (or equivalent) • Experience with business and share valuations • Knowledge of share option and intangible asset valuation techniques • Strong Excel skills; financial modelling experience is a plus • Confident communicator with a commercial mindset • Ability to draft high-quality written output and valuation reports Should you have any questions or wish to apply please do not hesitate to contact Clear IT Recruitment Limited.
