The company
BITO Storage Systems is the UK subsidiary of an international B2B leader in warehouse storage & picking solutions, supplying shelving, racking, containers and handling equipment for a range of industries. Our factories are in Germany and Poland, with a head office in Germany. We are looking for a talented marketer to build on the success we have achieved over recent years in the UK.
The role
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Marketing Manager, located in Nuneaton, with some work-from-home flexibility. You will be responsible for developing and implementing the marketing strategy, controlling the marketing budget and analysing campaign performance.
* Increase traffic to the website
* Increase webshop sales
* Improve market awareness of BITO and generate sales leads
* Collaborate with the UK sales team, head office marketing and other BITO subsidiaries
Responsibilities
* Create SEO content
* Implement webshop pricing
* Create email campaigns to generate webshop sales
* Manage external SEM agency
Website - lead generation
* Enhance content in website
Marketing - awareness & lead generation
* Create social media postings and targeted campaigns
* Collaborate with industry media
Requirements
* Qualification in marketing, business or a related field
* Experience in marketing strategy development and implementation
* Experience of copy writing
* Familiarity with SEO and SEM concepts
* Knowledge of Google Analytics
* Strong communication and organisation skills
* Analytical skills
Remuneration package
* £35 - 40K per annum
* 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
* After 3 months service, contribution to pension
* After 6 months service, life insurance, income protection & private medical insurance
