Our client is a dynamic automotive retail company with ambitious growth plans is looking for an experienced CRM Team Leader to join their marketing department. As the CRM Team Leader, you will be a key member of the marketing leadership team, playing a pivotal role in driving customer relationship management strategies that align with business goals. You will oversee all CRM channels, from planning and activation to analysis and reporting, ensuring that campaigns are targeted effectively and deliver optimal results.
Key Responsibilities as a CRM Team Leader:
6. Lead and manage the CRM team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
7. Provide clear direction and articulate requirements, particularly in technical or digital aspects, to enhance CRM strategies.
8. Own and manage all CRM channels, creating and executing comprehensive campaign plans that resonate with target audiences.

10. Conduct thorough analysis and reporting of all CRM activities, ensuring they align with broader business objectives.
