About The Role
In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting the marketing channel leads (PPC, SEO, Paid and Organic Social, and CRM) to deliver all planned and tactical agile activity.
You’ll work with the digital trading team, data and insight team, and wider marketing content team to deliver channel-specific marketing activity, providing support for activity delivery and reporting requirements.
Reporting to the Marketing Coordinator responsible for Organic Social & Affiliates, you will specifically:
* Support activities required to deliver paid acquisition and retention activity in partnership with business stakeholders, using campaign information, product knowledge, and understanding of the customer base to help develop optimisation opportunities.
* Assist the Marketing Coordinator (organic) in ensuring on-site and off-site content is produced in support of the Social Marketing plan and is SEO optimised.
* Support the optimisation of paid amplification of content in line with marketing and campaign plans, e.g., in Meta, YouTube.
* Assist in building, testing, and timely sending of Lakeland’s regular email newsletters and all myLakeland Club emails.
* Liaise with the Buying & Merchandising team and their supply base to source content and products.
* Create new content to enhance on-site product/category pages and for competitions that can be executed across marketing channels.
* Deliver daily/weekly reports using analytics suites and platform-specific reporting tools.
* Use data insights to propose optimisation recommendations to Channel Leads.
About You
You will be highly organized and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You’ll have excellent attention to detail and pride in completing activities thoroughly. You’ll be numerate, with an analytical mindset, and approach tasks based on data and logic.
You should be a self-starter, solution-oriented, with a positive can-do attitude. Collaboration skills are essential, along with the ability to receive feedback constructively and drive self-improvement.
Experience
* Some experience in digital marketing across multiple channels, preferably in a B2C multichannel business with a significant online presence.
* Experience with digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics 360, Adobe Analytics, and strong Excel/reporting skills.
* Experience in writing engaging content, demonstrated through previous work or academic projects.
* Copywriting and proofreading skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
