Purpose: Loss Prevention and Corporate Audit is an integral part of our exciting and people led family business. You’ll join a supportive and successful team becoming a crucial part of our winning formula. You’ll be encouraged and supported to grow and develop existing talents to become a specialist in field.
This role is ideal for an experienced store manager with a drive for career progression. We are looking for the candidate to be located across the central belt of Scotland, Travel is an essential part of the role so a full UK driving licence is a must; nights away are on an ad hoc basis, accommodation will be provided.
Adopting existing ways of working that have a proven record of success, supporting stores you will need to use all your existing and new skills acquired to support, coach, challenge and drive performance in partnership with our retail teams.
The ability to adapt to a fast-paced business which needs new insights and reporting as a crucial part of the decision-making process.
The role consists of supporting retail with:
1. Focus / High Support stores,
2. Completing Audits,
3. Regional Support / Challenge
4. Cash / Banking and Voucher Investigations,
5. Depot visits,
6. Cross Store Reviews and;
7. Restaurants
Good knowledge of Microsoft office is of great benefit, utilising Excel, Word and Power BI
