Overview
Seasalt is a leading UK lifestyle brand with a heritage in workwear and apparel, now operating over 80 shops across the UK and Ireland. We are looking for a Part‑Time Sales Advisor based in our shop in Totnes for a 10.5 hour permanent contract.
Responsibilities
* Deliver an exceptional, inspiring service, demonstrating a thorough knowledge of our brand, products, design inspiration and services.
* Recommend additional services and solutions to customers to drive sales and gather customer data.
* Actively drive sales across channels by introducing customers to our website, using it as a selling tool and supporting the processing of online orders.
* Have a first‑point resolution approach to any customer issues or feedback and proactively seek solutions for the customer.
* Support the Store Manager and team to drive store sales, profitability and consistent KPI achievement.
* Help implement store visual merchandising, window standards and guidelines, utilising all product, categories and bestseller information to maximise commercial opportunities.
* Take a flexible approach to work, playing an active role in all operational tasks such as stock management, loss prevention, health and safety and store safety standards.

Effectively communicating with both team and customers will come naturally. You have a commitment to work, adapt, show resilience and have the confidence to work independently. Difficult situations don’t phase you.
