The school is looking for a new Art teacher teaching children from KS3 to KS4, all classes have full TA support. There is very little marking and planning involved compared to mainstream schools and the days a more varied and shorter and the senior management team are forward thinking and supportive. You will have to have a positive, proactive and resilient nature to work here as all children have a full EHCP in place and SEND needs. However, the role is both rewarding and fulfilling.
