Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food and Beverage Manager, based in London. The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring exceptional service across dining facilities. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing budgets, designing efficient workflows, maintaining high service standards, and meeting customer satisfaction goals. The role also involves staff training and collaboration with other teams to consistently deliver outstanding guest experiences.
Qualifications
* Expertise in Food Service and Food & Beverage operations
* Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on enhancing guest satisfaction
* Experience in Training staff and developing team performance
* Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management for food and beverage services
* Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
* Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the hospitality sector
* Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field is preferred
* Prior experience in a similar managerial role within the hotel or restaurant industry is an advantage
