We are delighted to be working with a fast-moving, dynamic growing business in Northallerton who are looking to add a Purchase Ledger Clerk to their existing team.
The successful applicant will support the accounts function providing a high level of service, processing high volumes of invoices accurately and within agreed timescales.
Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager duties will include:
* Processing invoices onto accounting software – high volumes
* Ensuring both internal and external completeness
* Dealing with queries
* Assisting with audits
Requirements:
* Strong IT skills, intermediate level ideally
* Knowledge of accounting software
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
This is a great opportunity for a motivated self-starter with a can-do attitude. Candidates must have previous experience in a similar role and be able to hit the ground running.
