We’re looking for someone with a sharp eye for detail and a proactive mindset with experience of delivering exceptional customer service within a high-end corporate or hotel/hospitality type environment.
You instinctively know how to communicate with clients—what to say (and just as importantly, what not to say) - antipating their needs & helping to foster a polished, professional atmosphere.
Welcome colleagues and guests with friendly, professional service
Complete daily checklists to maintain workspace quality and track performance
Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the office, meeting rooms, and kitchen
Follow client security procedures and manage hospitality with external caterers
Act as the first point of contact and ambassador for the ISS brand and values
Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service - within a Blue Chip Corporate or High End Hotel /Hospitality setting.
Good MS Office skills - Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent telephone and verbal communication skills
