Position: Regional Support Manager
Location: East Midlands
Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum (Depending on experience) + Company commissions!
Hours: Full time

Responsibilities as a Regional Support Manager:
Collaborate with Home Managers across a portfolio of care homes
Maintain and promote the highest standards of care and compliance
Oversee the smooth and efficient running of operations
Ensure adherence to CQC regulations and best practices
Support team development, engagement, and retention
Requirements as a Regional Support Manager:
Proven experience as a Regional Support Manager or in a senior management role within a nursing or residential care setting
NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) OR a valid NMC pin
Full UK driving licence
Willingness and ability to travel across sites
