A lovely nursery that is inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy and Montessori pedagogy. The nursery staff are made up of a close supportive team, passionate about children's development and encourage self-development within the team. Your new role
We are looking for a Baby Room Leader r to join our team at our nursery in Hove.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Supporting and promoting children's early education and development
* Planning and providing effective care
* Making accurate and productive use of assessment
* Developing effective and informed practice
* Safeguarding and promoting the health, safety and welfare of children
* Working in partnership with the key person, colleagues, parents and/or carers or other professionals.
