Role summary
Our client based on a busy Islington high street are looking for a Property Manager with a minimum of 4 year’s experience to work in their upmarket office managing a portfolio of around 130 Properties. They have a great reputation and are well respected within the area. Do you have extensive knowledge of inventories, check in/out, deposit returns and processes within property management? About the role
* Dealing with check out inventories and deposit returns
* Dealing with contractor’s invoices to ensure payment
* Providing a swift response to all maintenance queries and giving a high level of customer service
* Assisting other members of staff in the PM department whenever required, with renewals or other PM tasks.
* Co-operating with the Lettings Team
* Ensuring portfolio compliance will all legislation – Gas Certs, EICR’s etc.
* Property inspections
* Knowledge of Fixflo and/or Rentman software an advantage.
