As demand for our high-quality disputes work continues to grow, we’re now looking for a Commercial Litigation Senior or Principal Associate to join our team. What you'll be doing In this role, you’ll work on a wide variety of commercial disputes for a broad client base – from ambitious SMEs and owner-managed businesses to PLCs and national corporates. The work is varied, complex, and always engaging. You'll be part of a close-knit, friendly team handling: Shareholder and partnership disputes Commercial contract and IT/IP contract litigation Restrictive covenant enforcement Sale of goods and supply of services disputes Defamation claims Warranty, indemnity, and consumer claims From day one, you’ll be trusted with high-quality work and given the autonomy to develop strong client relationships and lead on cases. What we’re looking for You’ll be a confident litigator with 5 years PQE in commercial litigation, ideally with experience across a broad range of dispute types.
