We're hiring an experienced Technical Team Manager to lead a multi-tier IT support team (1st, 2nd, 3rd Line). You'll oversee daily operations, manage escalations, and ensure high service standards through effective leadership and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day service desk operations and team performance
Monitor and meet SLAs/KPIs
Drive incident, change, and release management
Develop automation workflows using ITSM tools
Coordinate patching, software deployments, and reporting
Mentor and develop team members
Required Experience: Proven leadership in IT support environments
Hands-on knowledge of: VMware/Horizon
Microsoft Server 2019
Cisco/Juniper networking
Active Directory, Exchange
Trellix/Trend security tools
ITIL-based processes
Nice to Have: Windows 10, SharePoint, Linux, MDM (Avanti)
Experience with SCOM, SQL, ePo, Excel
Understanding of PDR/JSPs
