Location: Remote/Hybrid (Reading Based)
Hours: 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM (including regular weekend coverage)

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading client in the service and maintenance sector, looking for a proactive Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring high standards of service delivery across key customer contracts.
About the Role
Youll be the first point of contact for client queries, ensuring service requests are handled professionally and efficiently. You'll coordinate between customers, service providers, and internal teams to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and maintain a high standard of customer care.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service through phone and email
Resolve queries promptly, ideally at first contact
Monitor SLAs and escalate any issues proactively
Liaise with internal and external suppliers to ensure seamless service delivery
Prepare estimates, quotations, and process purchase orders
Support wider team operations and shared inbox management
Accurately update internal systems and records
What Were Looking For
Previous experience in a call centre or Customer Service type role
Strong communication skills - both verbal and written
Confident multitasker with good IT skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Team player with a flexible, positive attitude
Comfortable working to processes and meeting performance targets
