Known for our technical standards, regulatory insight and modern delivery approach, we work with clients across a range of sectors including industrial, commercial, and public environments.
As we continue to grow, we are now seeking a Regional Manager to join our team.
The purpose of this role is to assist the Head of Asbestos with the daily running of one or more projects and being the main point of contact for staff and clients on all matters relating to the project/s.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout each project, ensuring excellent communication and support.
* Attend project meetings and work closely with Project Coordinators to ensure smooth delivery.
* Prepare and review Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMS).
* Manage the preparation, completion, and quality of detailed asbestos survey reports and drawings.
* Ensure accurate and timely invoicing for completed work.
* Organise teams, resources, and schedules to meet client goals and Riverside’s commercial targets.
Coordinate employees and subcontractors to ensure work meets client expectations.
* Address operational issues and escalate to the Head of Asbestos when required.
* Provide technical insights to support sales activities, including site visits for new work.
* Maintain a professional approach both on site and in the office
Working Conditions
* Some work may include night shifts or variable hours.
* You may be asked to manage and mentor surveyors and analysts.
* Occasional out-of-hours contact for project matters may be required.

* Strong attention to detail and IT proficiency.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
* Strong literacy and written communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and thrive as part of a team.
* Flexible, patient, and proactive with an excellent work ethic.
* Experience with asbestos surveying is essential.
* Excellent time management and organisational abilities.
Qualifications & Requirements
BOHS P402 or RSPH Level 3 (essential).
Full, valid UK driving licence (essential)
CSCS card (Desirable)
