Key Responsibilities
Undertake comprehensive assessments of prospective kinship and foster carers.
Provide ongoing support and supervision to approved carers, ensuring high-quality standards of care.
Complete viability assessments and contribute to panel reports and recommendations.
Work effectively with partner agencies including health, education, and voluntary services to ensure coordinated support.
Offer both practical guidance and emotional support to carers, promoting placement stability and the wellbeing of children.
