Job Summary
Casual part‑time Bank Care Assistant role offering flexible working, providing care and support to older residents in a care home, assisting with daily living activities, food and drink, following care plans, and ensuring one‑to‑one time with residents.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care and mobility support.
* Ensure residents receive adequate food and drink, supplementing care plans where needed.
* Follow individualized care plans and support residents in a compassionate and respectful manner.
* Provide companionship and support throughout the shift, adapting to changing needs.
* Support other staff with care duties, including covering for annual leave or sick leave.
Qualifications and Experience
* Experience caring for older people.
* Good communication skills and a can‑do approach.
* Empathy, warmth and a positive attitude.
Additional Information
