* Proven experience in internal sales, telesales, or business development, ideally within professional services, training, certification, or assurance industries
* Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to uncover customer needs and match solutions effectively
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - confident engaging with decision-makers across all levels
* Proficient in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite
* Target-driven with a structured, disciplined, and results-focused approach
* Positive attitude, resilience, and enthusiasm for learning technical service offerings
