Leadenhall Search & Selection is a growing recruitment business experiencing 35% year-on-year growth, with expansion plans into the US. We’re an ambitious, collaborative, fast-paced team looking for an Operations Executive to support the day-to-day running of the business.
We’re looking for an organised and reliable Operations Executive to support the Head of HR & Operations across business operations, office management, administrative functions, and wider business support initiatives.
This is a hands‑on role focused on keeping the operational and administrative side of the business running smoothly, so our sales team can operate efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide day‑to‑day administrative support
* Assist with onboarding new hires
* Help maintain systems, records, and documentation across the business
* Maintain HR systems (SageHR) and employee records
* Send contracts and manage documentation
* Track appraisals and support internal processes
* Assist with internal recruitment coordination (scheduling interviews, candidate comms)
* Support payroll processes, benefits admin, and expense management
* Liaise with external providers (IT, suppliers, building management)
* Raise and manage tickets/issues with suppliers
* Support general office organisation, supplies, and day‑to‑day needs
* Book training sessions and maintain training schedules
* Support the planning and coordination of company events (socials, Christmas parties, incentive trips)
* Coordinate travel where required
* Support the wider business with internal and external marketing initiatives
* Assist with the creation of sales documents and client proposal materials
* Maintain and update the CRM/database to ensure information is accurate and up to date
* Keep up to date with recruitment industry news and market trends to support the wider business
* Support ad hoc tasks as they arise
About You
Required
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Clear and professional communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Comfortable using Adobe Acrobat
* Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
Preferred
* An understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and insight into how a recruitment business operates
* Experience using LinkedIn and Canva
