ResponsibilitiesandTasks:
* Daytodayresponsibilityforthemanagementofindividualaccountswithinoperationalaspects.
* EnsurethatKPIsareuptodateandcanbeprovidedmonthlytoboththerelevantcustomer,andmanagementwithinthebusiness..
* EnsurethedaytodaySLAsofoutbound/inboundsectorsaremonitoredandescalatedwhennotgoingtobemet.
* Monitoringordervolumes/flowsandreceiptsdailyoftheiraccounts,escalatingwhererequiredtohelpvariousteamsplanresourcesforwarehouseneeds.
* KeepingcloserelationswiththeirCRMandtherelevantTLwithinthewarehouse.
* Correctlyinvoiceforallaspects(apartfromhourlycharges)ofworkconductedacrossaccountsonaweekly/monthlybasis.
* Invoicerelevantcustomersinatimelymannerinlinewithexpectationssetbymanagement.
* Ensuringthatallrelevantorder/customerreferencesareincludedonrelevantshippinglabelstoensurewecanrelatecostswheninvoicing.
* Havetheabilitytomanageanumberofaccountsandprioritisetaskswhereneededacrosssaidaccounts.
* Firstline&promptcommunicationwithcustomersshouldqueriesorcomplaintsarise,andescalateinternallysoWalkerinternalteamareawareofissues.
* Ensuringcostsarebeingcorrectlychargedinlinewithcustomerrates,thiscanbepickingandpackingcharges/couriercharges/storagechargesetc,andescalateinternallyifnotcorrect,andneedassistingamending.
* Attendingmeetingsinternallytodiscussaccounts.
* Attendmeetingsonsitewithclientstodiscusstheiraccountandofferadaytodayperspective.
* Ensuretoescalateandidentifyreworktaskswithintheaccountsandraisingthistothereworkmanagerinordertogetthiscompletedinatimelymanner.
* Managingcustomerexpectationstoensuretasksordelaysaremanagedeffectivelyandkeepingthecustomerinclosecontactanduptodate.
* EnsurethatanyhealthandsafetyconcernsareescalatedtotherelevantteamthroughtheSharePointsothatactioncanbetakentoresolvehealthandsafetyrisks.
* AttendteammeetingsinternallywhererequiredtoensureyouareuptodateonthelatestWalkerinformation.
* Maintainandstrengthencustomerrelationshipsandensuringalltheirlogisticsneedsaremet.
* Answerthephonewhencallsaretransferredthroughviareception,whenreceptionisonleave,answerthephonetooutsidecalls.
* TheabilitytoholdoneononemeetingswithcustomersviaZoom/Teamstobuildandaidthecustomerrelations.
