An exciting opportunity has arisen for a residential property paralegal to join a leading Twickenham-based UK law firm on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be fully office based five days a week and will be responsible for supporting a residential property fee earner with a variety of tasks.
Responsibilities
* Identify titles at the Land Registry and undertake title checks.
* Perform property due diligence against properties.
* Handle post‑completion matters.
* Review title registers and plans for Deeds of Variation to ascertain land ownership and legal interest and obtain and identify relevant documents.
Qualifications
* Completed a law degree or equivalent.
* Prior conveyancing experience, ideally managing own caseload.
* Experience using the Land Registry portal.
* Strong drafting and first‑class time‑keeping skills and ability to manage a busy workload.
