The Role We’re seeking a clinically experienced and proactive IUC Lead Clinical Practitioner to lead clinical quality, governance and service delivery across our Out-of-Hours (OOH) services. Reporting to the IUC Medical Director, you will oversee Advanced Clinical Practitioners, Urgent Care Practitioners and Pharmacists across CAS, OOH bases and home visiting teams. You’ll provide visible clinical leadership, manage first-line performance and development, and support operational risk mitigation and patient safety. This role combines clinical supervision, operational oversight and quality improvement - ensuring safe and effective care across our urgent primary care pathways.
