HC-One invites enthusiastic and committed Care Assistants to support the physical, emotional, and social wellbeing of residents across our Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist care homes. Working under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, you will provide personal care such as washing, dressing, hygiene, and meals, and assist with daily activities within the home.
Responsibilities
* Support residents in personal care tasks including washing, dressing, hygiene, and meals.
* Assist residents with daily activities and mobility to promote independence and quality of life.
* Deliver compassionate care that respects each resident’s individuality and dignity.
* Recognise signs of abuse, harm or neglect, attend safeguarding training, and report concerns to the appropriate line managers or authorities.
* Work collaboratively with the care team, including a Registered Nurse, to monitor residents' wellbeing and respond to emergencies.
