We’re looking for a Technical / Sales Support Engineer to support our spares and service operations. This role blends technical expertise with customer-facing support, helping drive sales, ensure project success, and improve documentation quality.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer enquiries, prepare accurate quotes, and convert leads into sales
* Promote spare parts and technical services based on customer needs
* Provide technical support on part selection, installation, and servicing
* Coordinate with engineering, supply chain, and service teams to ensure smooth delivery
* Maintain and improve technical documentation (manuals, catalogues, guides)
* Manage small service/parts projects, monitoring cost, scope, and timelines
* Identify sales opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives
What You’ll Bring:
* Degree in engineering or equivalent experience
* 3–5 years in project engineering, technical sales, or a similar role
* Strong technical knowledge and customer service mindset
* Experience with quotations, documentation, and project coordination
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
