As Inventory Controller, you will work as part of a team with responsibility for delivery of best-in-class retail experiences. You will contribute to the service lifecycle to deliver excellent levels of service, provide a seamless customer experience, achieve commercial success and make a positive impact on the environment. In your role, you will own the entire inventory lifecycle, acting as a single point of contact for our 3rd party warehouse network with responsibility for Stock Accuracy, Process Compliance and Pallet Counts. Please note, this role includes travel to third party locations and across the UK as required. What you’ll do: Own and continually improve inventory processes to deliver high stock accuracy and compliance Support warehouse based projects to ensure smooth receipt, picking, dispatch, returns and end of life activities Drive inventory KPIs to support customer experience and commercial performance Partner with our field operations team to recondition inventory and ensure all units are accurately recorded on our systems. Complete quality assurance checks to confirm accuracy reporting findings to key stakeholders Manage all stock reporting including accurate locations and monthly pallet counts Proactively identify, manage and resolve any inventory risks and discrepancies Maintain all inventory systems (Mintsoft and Zoho) to keep accurate records whilst managing purchase orders through clarity Lead inventory coordination with third party locations including waste removal Communicate inventory milestones, risks and issues to program and field operations leaders Build strong internal and external relationships with travel within the field and to our third party locations as required What you’ll need: Previous experience in an inventory, warehouse, logistics or supply chain role, ideally within a fast‑moving or operational environment. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build positive, professional working relationships across multiple teams. Hands‑on experience managing stock accuracy, stock movements and discrepancy resolution. Confidence working with inventory management systems (e.g. WMS, Mintsoft, Zoho, or similar). Experience supporting or coordinating warehouse or field‑based operations, including working with third‑party or external suppliers. Experience identifying operational issues, investigating root causes, and implementing practical improvements. Comfortable working independently in the field and travelling to warehouse or third‑party locations as required. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office 365. Full UK driving license due to travel requirements.
