This is a highly commercial Finance Business Partner role where you will take ownership of financial insight, influence key decision-making, and support strategic growth initiatives. Operating in a fast-moving and ever-changing environment, you will need to be agile in your approach, comfortable adapting priorities, and confident working at pace. Your input will be visible at senior level and will have a direct impact on business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and enhance detailed financial models to support growth planning and strategic decision-making
Deliver high-quality financial analysis across operational and commercial areas, reporting insights to senior stakeholders
Partner with key stakeholders to provide meaningful commercial insight that drives performance and supports strategy
Support the development of robust, stress-tested cashflow forecasts to aid long-term financial planning
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure strong financial governance and operational effectiveness
Take ownership of financial input into key projects and initiatives that underpin business objectives
We are looking for a qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA Finance Business Partner with a strong background in commercially driven, fast-paced environments. You will be confident operating at senior stakeholder level, with the ability to influence and challenge where necessary. Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills are essential, along with a proactive, adaptable mindset and the ability to deliver clear, impactful financial insight in a high-profile role.
