Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Hybrid Role
Location: Central Hull Office
Salary: £30,000 basic + realistic OTE £45,000
Are you driven by targets, thrive in a fast‑paced sales environment, and love opening doors that lead to real opportunities? We’re looking for a high‑energy Sales Development Representative to join our growing team in central Hull.
The Role
As an SDR, you’ll be at the sharp end of the business, responsible for outbound lead generation across a wide range of industries. You’ll be selling our portfolio of products to end users and acting as the first point of contact for new prospects. Your goal is simple: create quality conversations, deliver compelling information, and secure meetings for our Business Development team.
You’ll be targeting customers across:
1. Retail
2. Commercial
3. Industrial
4. Automotive
This is a hands‑on outbound role where resilience, organisation, and enthusiasm are key to success.
What You’ll Be Doing
5. Engaging decision‑makers and providing detailed product information
6. Qualifying prospects and booking high‑quality meetings for the BDM team
7. Using AI‑driven sales tools and CRM systems to manage activity and performance
8. Consistently working towards and exceeding individual and team targets
9. Collaborating closely with the wider sales team in a high‑energy environment
What We’re Looking For
10. Proven experience in outbound sales or lead generation
11. A strong work ethic and a genuine “can‑do” attitude
12. Someone who enjoys targets and is motivated by performance and results
13. A team player who brings energy, positivity, and fun to the workplace
14. Confidence speaking with a wide range of industries and stakeholders
15. Knowledge or experience using AI sales tools such as Claude, Outreach, Artisan, or similar
