Implement technical manual change requests for RNLAF manuals using standard authoring tools, including FrameMaker and IsoDraw

Your responsibilities in this role, please apply if you satisfy most of the following:
Working within our Support Engineering department, you will work alongside a dedicated team providing Technical Support to the Royal Netherlands Air Force (RNLAF)
1. Reports to Royal Netherlands Air Force C-130 Engineering Support Group (RCESG) Manager
2. Provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) advice on matters relating to the production and provision of technical diagrams (illustrations and graphics)
3. Ensure publication schedules are adhered to and met.
Understand the routes to escalate issues and identify risks to task completion.
4. Prepare and manage the quality of work within timescale and quality parameters, to ensure that it meets with customer requirements.
5. Support the RCESG team and wider organisation in related technical support tasks.
Qualifications
6. Demonstrable experience of Adobe FrameMaker is essential.
7. A competent working knowledge of PTC IsoDraw, and Microsoft Office Suite
8. A good working knowledge of the aerospace industry standards / specifications, S1000D, ATA100 and iSpec 2200 is desirable.
9. Sound knowledge of engineering project life cycle structures and processes are desirable, together with a requirement to respond to technical queries from customers.
10. Ability to read and interpret documents such as engineering drawings, process descriptions, procedure manuals and related technical documentation.
