Robert Half are working in an exclusive partnership with a well-established, reputable organisation in Swindon to recruit a Management Accountant role on a full-time permanent basis. This is a brilliant role that will be heavily involved with producing monthly management accounts for a number of entities, review and improve processes and support the wider finance team with year-end tasks. The Management Accountant role will be suitable for somone that has proven management accounting experience that is qualified by experience or AAT/CIMA/ACCA part/fully qualified that is looking to add value and be a part of great company that is renowned for offering an excellent work culture. The salary is between £45,000 - £50,000 plus hybrid working and other excellent benefits. The Role The main duties of the Management Accountant role will consist of: Producing the monthly management accounts. Profit and loss analysis. Balance sheet reconciliations. Accruals and prepayments. Fixed assets and depreciation. Processing journals. Preparing VAT returns. Intercompany reconciliations. Requirements To be considered for the Management Accountant role, you must ideally posses the following skills/experience: Must have management accounting experience. Qualified by experience or AAT/CIMA/ACCA part or fully qualified. Strong communication skills. Willing to take on a challenge. Strong attention to detail. Self starter. Adaptable. Confident user of Excel; pivot tables and lookups. Salary & Benefits £45,000 - £50,000 annual salary.
