Due to continued growth and expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team in the role of Sales Administrator.
Reporting into the Commercial Manager this is an excellent opportunity to join a progressive forward-thinking company that prides itself on maintaining a real team environment amongst colleagues with genuine opportunity for career progression.
The role would suit applicants from ANY sales background. Applicants must have good administration skills, customer service skills and candidates with experience using SAP or similar software would be advantageous although not completely necessary as full training will be provided for the right candidate.
Providing the main point of contact for customers, the role will focus on:
* Customer Account Management and inbound sales
* Processing and despatching of customer sales orders through SAP
* Communicating lead times to customers
* Dealing with customer queries
* Managing customers back/forward orders
* Providing sales support to external Customer Account Managers and Outbound Sales team
* Liaising with other departments to ensure high levels of customer service are always maintained
The person we are looking for must be both highly flexible and motivated and be confident in working within a busy, fast paced environment. The key requirements for this role include:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Computer literacy including experience of working with Microsoft Office with particular focus on Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
* Excellent levels of attention to detail
* Ability to effectively manage own workload
* Knowledge of SAP or working with similar systems
* Be a team player with a motivated flexible can do approach
Salary – £25,000 - £26,000 per annum
