ROLE SUMMARY: Education & Training Support Officer

The Education & Training Support Officer supports programme delivery at Kings Trust.

Responsibilities include supporting Team Leaders in all aspects of delivery, such as recruiting learners, preparing resources, completing administrative tasks, and providing classroom management support. The role also involves driving the minibus to transport staff and learners to activity locations throughout the programme.

Delivery
Supporting all aspects of the programme with three cohorts per year, focusing on vocational, personal, and employability skills to lead to positive outcomes.

Driving
Deputizes for Team Leaders/tutors during leave or absence.

Supporting Other Programmes
Achieves KPIs related to recruitment, retention, qualifications, and outcomes.

Business & Service Development
Supports development of services, manages relationships with community organizations, referral partners, and employers, and identifies opportunities to improve learner experience.

Financial & Resource Management
Manages project budgets, vehicle maintenance, and resource planning to optimize funding and expenditure.

People Management & Development
Supervises volunteers and trainees, supports development of the Assistant Team Leader.

Knowledge Sharing
Embeds organizational culture and values, providing support and challenge to colleagues.

Internal Management
Implements policies and procedures at project level, supports continuous improvement initiatives, and organizational development.
