The Role
* Supporting the Digital Marketing Manager in the execution of digital activities.
* Assisting with video content production, written assets, design, and podcasts.
* Managing and developing social media platforms and user engagement.
* Supporting website updates for content and campaigns, and monitoring digital advertising platforms.
* Using reporting tools to analyze content and campaign performance using GA.
* Supporting the management of social media channels.
* Supporting the creation of video, written, and podcast content.
* Collaborating with the Digital Marketing Manager to develop and implement a social media content strategy.
* Advising teams on social media use and providing training as needed.
* Supporting and monitoring paid social media campaigns.
* Assisting in maintaining and improving the website.
* Uploading and updating imagery, copy, and video content.
* Tracking engagement performance with the wider team.
* Using keyword research to guide content creation.
* Monitoring page performance with analytical tools and recommending improvements.
The Candidate
* Experience and interest in developing video production and distribution skills.
* Experience and interest in creating written, editorial content.
* Ability to analyze engagement and performance statistics.
* Understanding of CRM, event planning, and administration.
* Familiarity with Google Analytics and WordPress.
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant IT platforms.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* A positive attitude and a proactive approach to work, thriving in a busy environment.
* Team player who actively participates and maintains good relationships with others.
