This is a senior regional leadership role for someone who understands scaling multi country teams, has real enterprise sales leadership depth, and wants to play a defining role in the next stage of growth.
You will need to bring:
* credibility in enterprise wide regulated environments
* experience of complex enterprise SaaS sales
* the ability to scale teams and improve execution
* discipline around forecasting, pipeline, and regional performance
* presence and confidence with senior insurance stakeholders
* additional European language preferred; French ideal
