You’ll work alongside experienced teachers to raise attainment, build confidence, and help pupils achieve their potential. You’ll also assist with classroom activities, lesson prep, and progress tracking across Years 3 to 6.The CandidateYou’re a graduate with strong literacy and numeracy skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to engage young learners. You want hands-on school experience before pursuing teacher training, educational psychology, or a related field.
