Coordinator - Aston Clinton Pertemps are currently recruiting for an Coordinator for our client based in Aston Clinton (you must be able to drive). Hours: 9am-5pm Salary: £28,000 Duties: Handling day to day orders Proactively taking calls and handling client emails in a timely and professional manner Arranging deliveries and collection via drivers and planning driver's route and costings for each job Maintaining and updating the online ordering system for stock control & condition Proactively taking internal and external calls and handling emails for client out of hours (on a rota) Keeping within client's budgets Producing H&S reports, risk assessments and method statements Completing monthly stock reports for all customers when required. Booking and liaising with external drivers Requirements: Previous Coordination/Administration experience Your own transport due to the location Able to work on a rota basis on call Proficient in using Microsoft packages If you would be interested, please apply with your CV.
