Are you passionate about early years education? We're looking for a warm, reliable EYFS Teaching Assistant to support a lively Reception class in a welcoming primary school in Aston.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys helping young children thrive through play-based learning and structured routines. You'll be working alongside a supportive class teacher and wider EYFS team in a school that values every child's individual journey.
What You'll Be Doing:
Support the class teacher in delivering the EYFS curriculum
Lead small group activities and one-to-one support where needed
Help children settle into school routines with confidence and care
Encourage speech, language and social development through play
Assist with phonics, early maths and literacy
Provide a nurturing and safe environment for all childrenWe're Looking For Someone That:
Has experience working with children in EYFS, ideally within a school setting
Understands the Early Years Framework and child-led learning
Is patient, engaging and confident in managing young learners
Can commit to a full-time, long-term role starting in January
Holds a relevant Level 2/3 qualification or has strong classroom experienceWhy Work with Long Term Futures?
