As a core member of the CBRE team, you will ensure our client's innovative workspace remains as groundbreaking as the people who inhabit it, providing essential building maintenance and office administration support.
This role elevates you beyond traditional maintenance to become a strategic coordinator, an innovator, and a leader.
Your Day-to-day Will Involve
* Seamlessly organise and assign work orders, directing them to the right technicians or teams to ensure the office runs with unparalleled smoothness.
* Efficiently coordinate and manage the engagement of specialist subcontractors, ensuring top-tier service delivery.
* Collaborate closely with technicians to meticulously "stage" each day's tasks, gathering all necessary materials, permits, and tools well before any job commences.
* Dive into predictive maintenance trends, providing regular, insightful reporting to both management and our esteemed client, empowering proactive decision-making.
* Develop and distribute intelligent workflow processes across the entire account team, driving continuous efficiency improvements.
* Conduct annual reviews of preventative and predictive maintenance programs, staying ahead of equipment needs and ensuring peak performance.
Who You Are
* You are a proactive individual, organised to perfection, naturally inquisitive, and ready to lead by example, embodying the CBRE RISE values.
* You bring 2-3 years of relevant job-related experience.
* You possess a solid understanding of standard engineering principles and adeptly use existing procedures to solve complex problems with clarity and efficiency.
* You're proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable handling intermediate math, including financial calculations and percentages.
* You thrive on being on the move, comfortably climbing stairs/ladders, and lifting or carrying loads of 50 lbs or more when needed.
* You exchange information clearly and precisely, asking insightful questions and ensuring mutual understanding across all team interactions.
