Overview
Part Time Customer Service - Telford - Permanent - £11,750. 18.5 hours per week. Monday and Tuesday 8.30am - 5.00pm and Wednesday 8.30am - 12.00pm. 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays plus other benefits.
Duties
* Deal with incoming external and incoming calls
* Taking and forwarding messages
* Keep up to date notes on the system
* Updating customer details
* General administration support tasks
Skills and Experience
To be considered for this position, you will have previous experience in a similar role, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate a high level of self-management and initiative, always providing a professional service.
