Customer Service Administrator (Remote, UK-Based)
Hours: Mon-Fri, 37.5 hrs/week + 1 weekend every 8-10 weeks (paid overtime)
All equipment & full training provided

What You'll Do:
Help customers get the most from their care technology
Spot and resolve issues with underused devices
Analyse usage data to improve service
Book tech visits and manage stock
Collaborate with social workers and local authorities
Keep accurate records in SalesforceWhat You'll Bring:
Excellent communication and people skills
Strong Excel and Salesforce experience
Organised, self-motivated, and proactive
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
Awareness of safeguarding (training provided)
