About the Role
In line with the Health Board's Clinical Futures programme, the directorate is developing a range of band 7 rotations based at Royal Gwent Hospital. These rotational posts will cover various clinical specialties, allowing pharmacists to develop greater autonomy and responsibility within a multidisciplinary team.
Development opportunities include non-medical prescribing, pharmacist-led clinics, quality improvement, research, and education and training, such as pre-registration tutoring, aligned with the Royal Pharmaceutical Society's Advanced Practice Framework.
Requirements and Desirable Skills
Welsh language skills are desirable but not essential; applications from Welsh and English speakers are equally welcomed.
